Starpkultūru jauniešu nedēļa Liepājā

Dear friends,

Let me introduce you about Intercultural Week that will be organized by NGO Radi Vidi Pats’ volunteers and will start on Tuesday, 3^rd of August, in “Vides Maja” (Liepaja, Vites iela 10-1). If you participate in this activity for sure you will get a lot of useful information and of course will be able to have joyful week with us.

First day will be for EVS evening, short information about the project “Youth in Action” and speaking about EVS (European Voluntary Service), explaining what is EVS project; why it is important; what is non-formal education and how it is to be a volunteer. We will share our volunteering experience and guide you in EVS galaxy. Also we will explain how to find properly your EVS project and apply for it.

After this we will present our countries with Spain, Argentinean and Georgian Evenings, even more, there will be Cooking Day with intercultural traditional meals. And as a conclusion we are offering Intercultural Discussion Evening about taboos and habits.

Here you can see how the week is organized:

3^rd of august: EVS evening (start at 18:00)

4^th of august: Argentinean evening (start at 20:00)

5^th of august: Cooking day (hour still to define)

6^th of august: Spanish day (21:00)

7^th of august: Georgian day (20:00)

8^th of august: Intercultural discussion evening about taboos and habits (hour still to define)
