Cultural Activity Common – OPA!

It’s the spring of 2008.
Freshness is in the Air, fellow citizens have just woken up after long winters sleep and Bright ideas start to fill their Minds.
That was the situation when Cultural Activity Common „OPA!” was founded.

Who We are?
We are Young, Creative and Original in our Ideas… and the most important of all – we are not afraid to take on a Challenge!
Our organization is based on three pillars – three tough Girls – Liene, Laura and Dita. With confidence and responsibility we make things happen.
Within the organization is also active several students from University of Liepaja that have gained their experience by theoretical studies as well as practically by organizing important events in the city as well as training camps, conferences, evening festivities and children birthday parties.

What do we want?
Our aim is to promote a more active and differentiated cultural climate not only in the city of Liepaja but also for the whole region of Kurzeme.
We can make high quality events where youngsters can show society their skills on a multi-level.
We want to encourage and focus on Enlighten.
„OPA!” also find it very important to give a helping hand to cultural heritage as well as new tendencies in Modern Art.
All the time in focus we are keeping the possibilities for everyone to develop personally.
